This is the house we are moving out of ~ not because of any problems at all, we simply needed more acreage for the horses. The landlord is the best we've ever had, and we will miss him.
It is a 2 bedroom mobile home with an enclosed add-on, a huge front porch, a covered back porch, attached storage room (appx 10 x 12) and a 6 stall barn (only 4 are available for horses), two turn-outs, a pond and the best neighbors around!
Here is the view out the front door ~ we have a small hammock chair that is perfect for coming out on Saturday mornings, drinking coffee and watching the country come to life!
Here is the view if you pan right from the front door ~ shows some of the porch; the neighbor across the way has cattle and you see them meander around every few days.
This is a view of the barn from the front. It has a gate at both ends of the center section, and 3 stalls on each side (appx 10x10). The front one on each side is used for storage of equipment and feed. Turn-outs are on both sides of barn.
Here is the carport (2 spots), the back porch, and part of the attached dog pen (approx 30x50) which has an extra smaller turn out for a small garden or any other small animal you may have ~
Here is the view of the front of the house, the porch side. It is quite large and very scenic (please forgive the weeds in front). The storage room is at the end of the porch. The house also features a pomegranate tree!
Here is the smaller turnout (to the right of the barn view above). It is between the barn and the pond. The pond has a small dock on it that is on the neighbor's side, but just introduce yourself to her and she'll be happy to let you use it. Pond has catfish, bass and crappie!

It is truly gorgeous out here ~ if you love the country, you'll love it out here! Also plenty of carpooling opportunities -
